RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept return requests for the following reasons:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item received (different from what was ordered)
  • Item is significantly different from the product description
  • Item not received (please allow for any customs delays before contacting us)

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items

How to Submit a Return Request

To request a return, log in to your customer account and submit a request directly:

  1. Log in using your email address
  2. Select the order you wish to return
  3. Choose the item(s) and select a return reason
  4. Upload photos if the item is defective or incorrect
  5. Submit — we will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Physical Returns — Important Notice

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers (including international warehouses), physical returns to China or overseas supplier warehouses are generally not required or practical.

We handle returns as follows, depending on the situation:

Defective or wrong item (low value) Full or partial refund — no return required
Defective or wrong item (high value, $100+) Photo evidence required; return may be requested to a local address
Item not as described Partial or full refund after review
The customer changed their mind Store credit or discount coupon offered (no cash refund)
Suspected fraud Physical return required before refund is issued

Return Shipping

  • If a physical return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
  • Please contact us first for the correct return address.
  • For high-value items, we will provide a local return address where applicable.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
  • Shipping fees and import duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrived damaged or your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will investigate with our shipping carrier and supplier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
